How does my plan work?

Once subscribed, your nominated card will be charged every 7 days. You'll receive a credit application to your Mevo account within 24 hours of a successful renewal.

Each weekly credit amount is valid for the rollover period specified, and will automatically be used for trips taken within the validity period.

Credit discounts trip costs only, excluding surcharges. Once consumed, standard pricing applies.

How does the insurance add-on work?

Insurance add-ons provide a fixed weekly cover for the duration of your plan. The cover applies to all of your trips in the plan period, for the duration your plan is active.

You don't need to upgrade your insurance in the Mevo app.

How much is $49 of credit?

Using the Compact Hatch like the Suzuki Swift as an example, you can get:

How long is the credit valid for?

Each weekly trip credit amount is valid for 30 days from renewal day. Unused weekly credit will roll-over and stack on your Mevo account until expiry.

Credit with the shortest expiry will be redeemed first automatically.

Can I cancel or upgrade my plan?

Yes, simply email us at shop@mevo.co.nz. 30 day notice applies for changes or cancellations.

The fine print:

  • 30 day minimum cancellation period.
  • Flex Collect dependent on availability, 8 day rollover period for Flex Collect credit.
  • Credit is non-refundable and valid only during the specified period.
  • Credit can be used on any Mevo vehicle in any city, but only on an approved Mevo account.
